FILING A COMPLAINT

  • Every project is approached with the end result in mind at Iqplay Strategy Solutions, web development company in India. We share equal accountability with the client. Therefore, we think that in every circumstance when there is service-related discontent, every effort should be taken to find a solution that is entirely reciprocally acceptable.
  • Refunds shouldn't even be thought about until things have reached an extreme level.
  • Our ultimate goal is to reach a compromise that works for all parties. Even then, if for some reason you are not happy and consider making a refund claim, we kindly ask that you spare a few precious minutes to write to us at tech@iqplaystrategysolutions.com for a final conversation before doing so.
  • A refund request should only be made if we are unable to come to an agreement with you after talking things over.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Full Refund: If the project has not yet begun or if the proposed design style has not been accepted.
  • Partial Refund: If, following the acceptance of the original design style, the delivery does not occur in accordance with our delivery policy. According to the amount of work accomplished, a partial refund will be given.
  • No Refund: If the project is finished and submitted to the server, refunds are not possible.

In any case, the refund process at Iqplay Strategy Solutions takes upto 5-7 days.
